Welcome to Tasty Tuesday at Dandelion House!

This weeks Tasty Tuesday recipe comes from Daisys kitchen of  Maple Hill 101 blog inspired by the cook book Make it Fast, Cook it Slow.

Daisy tweaks a recipe to her own satisfaction for a healthy, GLUTEN FREE alternative to store bought rotisserie chicken!

What could be simpler than a few spices
and some chicken thrown into a pot? ~ Daisy

  6. Wonderful gluten free meal. Just remember if you are truly cooking gluten free that a really important step is to make sure your kitchen is gluten free. It is amazing what little residue of gluten can be on kitchen counter, cutting boards or griddle. Also remember if eating out and a menu says gluten free ask if it is a gluten free kitchen. For if they just toasted a hamburger bun on the griddle and then cook your meat there will gluten!!!

  7. Looks good. I love anything that can be slow cooked. We are always on the go, so if I can throw it in and forget it I am happy.

  8. Yum! We eat Gluten Free and feel great because of it. Love it when I can find others sharing their gluten free recipes. Now do you have anything great that you can do with Hamburger meat? I'm running out of ideas... :)

  9. Lovely recipe. I see more and more gluten-free recipes but i read that such a diet is only advisable for people who suffer from gluten. The healthy ones actually need it!
